She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning, listened to exactly what I wanted, and did an amazing job! One of the biggest bonuses is that I’ve actually known Brandie for a long time already, and being at this salon gave us the opportunity to reconnect, which I absolutely love. My eyebrows are very blonde and almost non existent and she brings them to life just enough to match my skin tone and give me a shaped look. After meeting with the hair dressing that was the curl specialist and discussing how I hated how dark my hair had come out the past two times I have dyed my hair. The same happened but now hair is a totally different color at root than on ends.owner tried to explain that it was me gray hair that caused the difference in color but the top of my head at root had very little gray so that did not make sense. If someone had said due to the gray of your hair it will come out brown and red I would have said no thank you. Also the hair dresser I was surprised the Hai dresser did not let conditioner set on my hair after the cut. Nor did she put a curl product in my hair or style the curls. When she asked me how I liked the color she could not even look me in the eye she knew it did not look good. Than the owner and her just kept trying to explain it away instead of offering to fix the unbalanced color.

Had the most wonderful facial with Thalia!! She was so sweet and so knowledgeable, I immediately booked another appointment. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
